Clinicall

Clinicall is an outsourced call-center application that lets operators register patients directly into D-Clinics, retrieve doctor information, and handle leads end-to-end from a single workspace. The platform integrates with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to pull in leads directly from ad campaigns, and with the Sipuni telephony provider to place calls while capturing per-call metadata and recording audio for every conversation. I worked across the full stack: building a responsive React frontend and a FastAPI backend, with PostgreSQL for relational data and MongoDB for high-volume call records and audio metadata. The result is a unified call-center tool that connects lead acquisition, telephony, and clinical registration into one seamless operator workflow.
